Kiki Bangalore is the worst restaurant when it comes to customer service and ethics. I mistakenly paid them via Zomato instead of a different Kiki restaurant in Goa. When I called their manager, he initially assured me that he would return my money. However, after five days of constant follow-ups and six calls, he kept making excuses and eventually stopped answering altogether. This kind of unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. If this is how they handle a simple mistake, I can’t imagine their service in other aspects. Be cautious before dealing with them!

We ordered chettinad mutton and mutton pepper garlic. It was horrible. The lamb was tough uncooked and oily. Unedible stuff. Will never order again.

the taste was not good at all. we had ordered nachos, popcorn and stuffed mushrooms. Each dish had a very weird taste, not appetizing
