Don’t be fooled by the location, although what seems like a random place, this was an amazing dinner. The pizza was fresh, delicious, perfectly sized, and fast as well. Will definitely come again!

Very, very disappointed with this joint. The pizzas tasted stale and lacked any authenticity. Very low quality and definitely not value for money. We ordered 3 pies for 6 people. The wings were PATHETIC. Barely any meat and they looked boiled rather than fried. The taste was also very average. We ordered 3 portions. One spicy and 2 normal. The spicy one looked and tasted like they were doused in ketchup. Barely any spice! The potato wedges were soggy and burnt. A few of them were undercooked as well. We ordered 2 portions. Definitely not worth the hype. Hard pass.

Throughly disappointed. Pizzas were bang average with barely any cheese and meat on them. The wings were tiny & not appetising. No value for money at all. Please check out Pizza Harvest instead. Pretty close to Koel’s and much better.

Please🙏🏻 avoid this place at all costs. I had visited koel's a week ago, and was shocked by their cooking methods. They had pre-heated their pizza bases for all the zomato orders and were stored in open air , which I found was really unhygienic. Their ingredients are all stored in open air in a really unhygienic manner. Zomato please remove this restaurant from your app for the safety of your costumers.

Look at the sad taste of the mushroom pizza I received. It was hard like a biscuit, chewy and so tough that it had curled up. To my utter dismay Zomato did nothing as I raised the issue with them. So I am writing my review here. Also the packing was horrible too. The pizza slices had moved all over the box, like on on top of the other. Never ordering from Koels again

Asked a pizza and was served after 25 mins it was burnt i was hungry i said let me try if ok then i shall countinue but not ok asked for complement pizza was dined so eate the burnt pizza.moral of the story don't take pizza from koels , Domino is the best. Only fact i was denied i recived a 25% discount. If they give discount no exchange eat what we serve.

I ordered garluc bread with mozzarella cheese. It came with raw bread with some unappeatising dobs of cheese dumped on it. I get the feeling that the chef placed the bread slice at a distance and did target practice flipping dobs of cheese onto the bread with a fork from a distance. Disgraceful.

While the pizza portion was good, the margherita pizza was very dry and had neithe basil nor olive oil.
