worst food. From starters to main course, nothing was good. The chicken was so hard in butter chicken and the taste was pathetic.

FOUND STEEL WOOL IN FOOD. STAFF WAS APATHETIC TO THIS, NO ONE BOTHERED ABOUT IT, INCLUDING THE MANAGER. Simply a horrible experience, staff is insensitive and cared less about the whole incident. They were just acting busy and didn’t care. I had to wait for 20 min just to talk to manager and was told he is having his food. Three service staff came one after another to check and left without even saying a sorry or offering any apologies.Finally a person who was manning the front desk came and he didn’t show the responsibility or ownership to the incident instead he just threatened other service staff. He didn’t listen to us and just went away as he had too many deliveries to attend to in front desk. I finally walked out leaving the food, No more deliveries or dine in from this restaurant or any of their branches. If you are not really bothered about your customers concerns, nothing more to say.

This restaurant was very good 6 months before but now the food quality, taste gone down, it is worst experience I had, actually I took a friend saying that we can have authentic Andhra food but hopeless it was, service was pathetic, Natikozhi was smelling like it was not washed properly, chillie chicken was like no other ingredients only chilles added to chicken, briyani was no spicy just like rice cooked with chille and put one chicken piece on rice. Don't recommend this place to anyone.

A Sore Point, Discourteous and disrespectful staff, very very inconsiderate, yes they do misbehave... The food is tasteless and in my personal opinion not fit to eat as it is undercooked.. waste of money and valuable time.. ended up having a bitter argument with the staff. Wouldn't Recommend the place to anyone.

Horrible experience at kritinga Electronic City, each and every aspect of dining needs to be asked for e.g glass please to drink water, turn the AC on etc, we were served stale food, rice was over cooked and more like payasa, will never visit again!!!

Had been to this restaurant only to find pathetic. Was served stale veg biryani with staff not even bothered to understand. Prices are very expensive. Very shabby restrooms. Better to stay away

The mutton meat is hard rock and very soggy! Much disappointment then expecting taste! Seriously need to change the chefs or cooking methods especially on mutton meat! Hard rock man!!!!!!

1st thing is the ambience is sad. Also the quality of the food is not good at all. I do not suggest anyone to visit this place. . Worst experience ever.
