Dear Kritunga Management, I am writing to raise a serious complaint regarding my recent visit to your Shakarnagar branch in Bangalore. We were a group of 5 adults and 3 children, out of which 2 are strict vegetarians. We had specifically ordered Paneer Biryani and Mushroom Biryani for the vegetarians. To our shock, while consuming the food, we found chicken pieces inside these dishes. This is not a small mistake but a serious food safety and trust violation, especially for customers who strictly avoid non-vegetarian food due to dietary, cultural, or religious reasons. When we raised the issue with your staff and billing person (who claimed to be the manager), the response we received was extremely careless – “It happened by mistake.” Such an irresponsible reply from a manager is unacceptable and shows a lack of accountability from your team. In addition, the service was very slow, we had to repeatedly call staff to take our order, and the branch does not even have proper parking facilities.

All the starter tasted the same. Very bad food. Not a single dishe was nice. The biryani was worst. Service was bad. They gave dishes which weren’t ordered. The waiters are very lost and doesn’t know which dish they are serving

one we ordered gongura mutton biriyani and it was full of long human hairs in it. couldn't even think of eating that biriyani. and many a times they will add chicken pieces and biriyani with mutton biriyani

Worst place… the staff is so arrogant they least bother your instructions on food. We ask for less spicy but still biryani is filled with masala like hell . Least value given to customers

I ordered 3 biryanis from this restaurent and they gave only two very bad responding and no respect for the customers and they are not taking any actions for the missed item

I ordered mutton keema biryani & pepper chicken.But they send kabab ,the biryani was also not freshly prepared.the staff also very arrogant.

Verest biryani I ever had....... Zomato should look into this type of restaurant and avoid. Waste of money . Disappointed
