Kuuraku was an absolute delight. The food was outstanding, the ambience was warm and cozy, and the hospitality truly made the experience special. We even played janken (Japanese rock-paper-scissors) with the staff, and when I won, the entire restaurant crew cheered and upgraded my cold sake! It was such a fun, wholesome moment that I'll always remember. A special mention to the Shiratama Zenzai—hands down one of the best desserts I've ever had. If not for anything else, I'd happily come back just for that. Amazing food, genuine hospitality, and unforgettable memories. Can't wait to visit again. 🇯🇵✨

The culinary offerings, from appetizers to desserts, were exceptional. The Ramen is particularly recommended. The service merits a six-star rating. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a good time at Kuraku. We thoroughly enjoyed all the starters, but unfortunately the Ramen didn’t feel authentic for us. The noodles almost tasted like Maggie and also the portion is very small. It would be great if they work on the Rahman menu thank you.

1. The staff kept on asking how the payment was made. They confirmed 4 times from me and even told me i paid only half the amount. After showing the reference and screenshot again they confirmed they had received. Had to wait for about 6 mins for the confirmation. 2. People next to us was shouting very loudly seemed someone tied of his job shouting about low pay etc. The staff should have taken some initiative to maintain decorum. 3. Ramen is well priced but other skewers seem highly priced given the facilities and seating.

Service was good. The only bad experience was regarding the seating. There were seats empty but we were asked to sit on the high chair, to which I denied saying I am not comfortable sitting on the high chair. The staff said others table we have booking at 8:30. I reached at 7:30 and told in that case even I have booked the table. For 8:30 booking you are reserving the table and for a 7:30 booking you are denying. What service is this. After I denied and told about my booking I was provided a table. This experience was good. After looking at the reviews about your restaurant I had booked.
