Mrityunjoi was really great at servicing. I haven’t seen any F&B Service Professional this much passionate about their customers. The food and drink was really Great. the Vibe is not the typical Bar or Lounge type its very Friendly. loved it. Definitely visiting it again once I visit BLR

Tribute hosted by KJ Joe was fantastic like very Thursday is! However bad and shocking experience with waiter serving us never happened before although he has served earlier too. Incident is that we pay service charge separately always and as usual asked him to remove it from bill he didn’t want to tried to force us retain then removed it. Then we told him we are paying via District to which he lied and tried to manipulate us into paying either without the app or paying on app with service charge citing it’s District and Hotel policy that discount’s not applicable without service charge. After confronting him and telling him service charge rules per law he had nothing to say after a lot of argument. Result is we paid via app without service charge. Note to management - for regulars like us this was distasteful. Trust us this won’t go well with customers visiting you as a non regular. Note to District and management of LE ROCK - service charge is voluntary. Don’t force- it’s illegal.
