The ambience is good . Specially for a screening. But food and cocktails are not up to the mark. Moreover way too expensive for a small bite portion. Staff is not very aware on food recommendations or may be they too busy to attend . Be ready for mosquitos in evening 😃 I still enjoyed shouting and talking (loudest music) as i went with my close friends.

At the very least, please update your contact number so customers can reach you when needed. I booked a table for four people four days in advance for 31 May at 8:00 PM. However, when we arrived at 7:30 PM, we were informed about a ₹2,000 entry fee, which was never communicated to us beforehand. I did not receive any call, message, or update regarding the reservation, entry fees, or any other important information before our arrival. Additionally, the staff at the reception were least bothered to answer our queries or assist us properly. Despite having a reservation, we were not even provided with seating. While the ambience was good, the food quality did not justify the amount being charged. This lack of communication and poor customer service is extremely disappointing. Customers should be informed in advance about entry fees, reservation policies, and seating arrangements to avoid such inconvenience.

1 star only for 1 reason... they jacked up the pricing of all just for 31st may RCB final. that is not fair. they took cover charge also and increased price also. eg. ruby rush mocktail was charged us Rs. 431 where as in today menu it shows 225. this is pure looting

They charged 500 per person as entry fee, which could not be redeemed against the bill. this wasn't mentioned on District while booking. the service was also very very poor.

Worst experience instead of having booking confirmation they denied entry in the venue asked 1000/- for standing no seat guarantee
