Taste was good but tomatoes tasted and smelled stale and bad like it was old Please don’t use stale food Apart from this the falafal roll and pita bread tasted good

the chicken in wrap was full of chewy skin. I am regular to this opening and never had such bad chicken served. also the tables are not clean and wiped after someone leaves

Burger had too much oil and spicy, fries was having skin. Upon asking, staff said this fries is like this only..... first time in life experienced these fries....

I got a rotten / stale / old hummus when i ordered on swiggy. Swiggy refused refund. I took that hummus container to the restaurant, The idiot brainless store manager kept on repeating we can't do anything we can't do anything we can't do anything. I asked him can you eat it. He said no. but he can't do anything. This is for Bellandur Center. the food is worse but the service and the store manager/ people / staff is worst. Zero care about the quality or the customer experience. That idiot store manager should be fired. I am not sure how the store is growing so much with such idiot staff. I guess the cloud kitchen model is paying off

After waiting for an hour they cancelled my order without even informing at 3 in the morning, horrible management and pathetic customer service. Unethical and really not worthy restaurant I loved their food and can date back to their first outlet started in J B Nagar I have seen their warehouse in Bommanahalli but I’m so sad that a brand changes to worst direction after growing I have seen the owners work in their outlet back then and today the management has really fallen to shit quality of service.

I have ordered chicken doner pitta and french fries. french fries quantity is very very less and I can hardly find chicken in doner pitta which is totally a waste of money and not worth it ....when compared to leons even mcd and kfc provides at affordable prices and that too in good quantity.

Untrained staff......Lost on managing online order and in-dinning orders. Served cold food while in dinning. That too I had to remind them that it's been 30min since ordered

The restaurant was hesitant to accept payment through the district app. After 10 mins of argument he accepted the payment through the district app.

Disappointed with the quality of chicken and the wrap which I ordered earlier. It used to be really good but somehow with time it isn't anymore.

Very disappointed. Made the rider wait for more than 1 hour and still didn't deliver. Had to cancel. Went hungry to bed.
