today went for jp Nagar leon and I had took one fillet combo and after having this combo seriously I feel fresh myself also I m very happy with their service served by tapos . and I would like recommend my friend and family also .

We ordered a hot & spicy chicken burger and it was neither hot nor spicy. The taste was good.

I have had 4-5 bad experiences recently where the wings and fries have greyish to black patches on them and I feel so scared to eat. And, my last order where the 2 wings in the meal had sort of burnt matchstick smell and greyish patches. Please look into your food quality. It really needs a check or else you might face the consequences soon. As peoples health is not to be discarded when you’re serving food. I hope people avoid this joint for the sake of their health. And the comments about food being cold and uncooked I’ve faced it too. They are not fake reviews. I’ve experienced it too.

Never seen such worst service at any outlet. Staff doesn’t understand any language and insisted only to speak in Hindi and still didn’t understand our order and weren’t ready to accommodate at all. Even though the restaurant was completely empty, they took forever to take our order. They were very rude and laughing at as an. We do not recommend this outlet to anyone at all. they charged extra money on a burger and denied the offer just because i paid through zomato and said you can't apply for both offers but before one staff member confirmed i can get both offer bad experience

Hi this place is bad need to wait for 30minutes for wings or more dint wanted to wait so told them to have it with 2 table of customers if ppl wanna spend time it’s like AC is there but may not work
