Had a wonderful experience at Limelight, Royal Orchid Hotel—the ambience was elegant and inviting, the food absolutely delicious with a great variety, and everything was perfectly arranged. A big thank you to Oishika Dutta and her team for their exceptional coordination and warm hospitality that made the evening seamless and memorable.

This place is great for dining with families, friends, or business - perfect for all occasions! The buffet and food were average, but the service by Oishika was excellent!

The no of items in the buffet are very limited. For 1800+taxes the buffet is expensive. in Veg there was a soup, starters were 2-3 chat items, mini pizza. dimsum. soul main course was disappointing. 2 vegetables, 2 dal, noodles and sauted vegetables, biryani and plain rice. compared to other restaurants buffet this appears over priced at 1800+taxes I feel 1200+taxes is the right price for this buffet.

The booking was at 2:45 pm. when we reached they said Buffet closes at 3 pm. we had to request to keep the buffet open till 3:30 pm. They were kind enough to do that but still we had to eat in a hurry.

The staff is completely confused and very poor service. They will take an order and will inform after 15 minutes that the item is not available. In addition, the menu is short and most of the items are not available.

I went with my friends to celebrate women's day yesterday and the service was delayed. the staffs were impolite and did not bother to attend us. the manager on duty ill behaved and did nothing inspite of multiple complaints. We couldn't have most of the maincourse items as the staffs did not refresh finished courses inspite of multiple reminders. extremely poor experience.

Very poor experience with food and service. Ended up consuming non-veg soup due to staff mistake - they had switched beg/non-veg soup labels. Many items not available, and menu not displayed for counter items. Washroom not working, could not use. Not worth your time and money.

The menu provided by Zomato was not available in the hotel and when enquired it was replied that it is Zomato’s mistake. Totally discouraging.
