The food was good but the service was too slow and tiring..it took around 45 min for order to be delivered and that too not correct and the restaurent seemed understaffed.

Service was friendly and prompt. Food was more Indian than Italian in flavour but still tasty, although too expensive. However, they are trying to pass off extremely low quality ice cream as gelato, which is unacceptable.

1. Waited for valet to park car - didn’t come until end of dinner 2. Place was stinking ( as if toilet was not working with urine smell ) 3. Worst pizza - no salt, v tangy, no taste ( as if kept in fridge for 1-2 days and served after heating) 4. Worst ceasar salad - never seen with such poor quality .. bread, mayo, lettuce and olives that’s it ! 5. V bad white butter served with next dish .. 6. Soup -3/10 best dish : tried two types 4. Garlic bread - ok ok 6. Asked for mocktail - waiter refused ! Saying all his colleagues are serving at another party, and he is alone; after insisting a lot served a basic drink, that wasn’t great( named Sangria but was unlike any that we have tried before) Seems like, just struggling to keep it running these days : the rating on Zomato was good, which is why we went there.

This place has gone downhill significantly. It was stinky, food was poorly prepared- pizza was v bad! We had chimichanga in starters- v average preparation and presentation. Ceaser salad was ok but seemed to be lacking in quality; They initially refused to give mocktails ( saying all waiting staff is away) and on insisting gave a basic one which was not up to mark. Valet for car park made us wait for 15 minutes but still didn’t come. Made a family celebration very regrettable.

worst experience ever in Bangalore they have multiple outlets but mistakenly payment was made to indranagar instead of Sarjapur and that took 1 hr to resolve and also I had to pay twice
