⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Had a wonderful experience at the Sheraton hotel lounge! The ambience was just perfect — spacious, elegant, and so relaxing after a long day. What truly made the visit special was the exceptional service. A special shoutout to James, who was absolutely fantastic — attentive without being intrusive, always polite, and made sure we were well taken care of throughout. It’s rare to find such warm and professional service. Definitely recommend visiting the lounge if you want to unwind in style. Looking forward to coming back! Dutch truffle cake was satisfying for the sugar craving of this week !

I visit this beautiful place with my friends today and had a great time and enjoyed alot especially with the staff over there (James) help us alot in deciding the perfect menu and being very professional in his job, really appreciate him. Thank you so much for all the good experience.

Went to pick up a cake and also enjoyed some hot chocolate and drinks. What truly impressed me was the excellent service and how friendly the staff were. The ambience and overall vibe of the place were absolutely amazing, it was a real "wow" moment. Definitely planning to visit again!

James was our server and he made us feel so welcome, and looked after us very well. the Chef made us a delicious peanut masala on request. we'll be coming back to the lobby lounge again.

waiter wasn't smiling but another waiter rohan was too sweet and got a birthday cake but many items weren't available on alcarte menu n had different items so got really confused on beginning.. can add all items in menu like breads so we aren't confused. can improve billing and food wasn't good at all cold and no taste... didn't like it at all

I sat on the table at 8 pm. I got the menu card at 9 30 pm and food was served at 10 15 pm. Please check the camera logs. Pathetic experience
