Absolutely fantastic experience at Lush Restaurant! The ambiance was elegant, the food was delicious, and the service exceeded all expectations. A special shoutout to Faiz, who truly made our evening memorable. His attention to detail, professionalism, and warm demeanor made us feel incredibly welcome. He anticipated our needs before we even had to ask and recommended dishes that turned out to be outstanding. Faiz is a true asset to Lush — his customer service is top-notch and added that extra sparkle to our dining experience. We’ll definitely be coming back, thanks to the impeccable service and the amazing atmosphere. Highly recommend! 🌿✨

Amazing dining & buffet spread. Live counters are superb. Chefs Ravi gowda & Jai Prasad cooked & served our food very nice & tasty. Food is extremely good. Shalini served our food hot & nice. Must try place. 😋🍗

Specially impressed by the service staff, specifically Shamshera. Reception was warm. Service staff members attended to us patiently and with a smiling face. Plate clearance was quick. Buffet spread was pretty good. Taste was satisfactory. Definitely a nice restaurant to try!

Buffet spread, food taste can be really improved upon. It was oily and at the same price (with discounts through apps) one can have an awesome buffet at Novotel. Just about average this is.

I had hosted a lunch for 20 people with a custom set menu to celebrate a special occasion. I had such high expectations given the prompt connects I had with the management. However on the day of the event I received a shockingly terrible service. Half the guest didn’t even get the full menu and the restaurant completely scammed us by not even serving anything properly. The service was slow and pathetic. Some of my guests felt that the waiters behaved very rudely. If you will charge so high for a basic 4-5 course meal it’s expected that you provide good service. Extremely disappointed! Half the guests left without even eating because it became so so late. Never visiting this place again

Very disappointed with the spread at Lush. It was below average and not great at all. While the spread was close to extensive however taste wise nothing stood out
