Maayaa is a restaurant in a food court like setup. But the food that comes out of the kitchen is anything but. The ambience feels so premium and the food definitely lives up. We tried the Chicken Ghee Roast and Rayalseema Mutton Vepdu with Neer dosa and Egg Appams. The ghee roast was superb and the mutton vepdu was absolutely flavourful. I personally would’ve liked the quality of the mutton to be a little between with respect to removal of the skin like thing. I’m a Kerala Cuisine fan! Give me my stew, moilee, porichathu and roast , I’m set. The Kerala stew is a work of art. A simple white gravy which is full of flavour. Not everyone can make it well, but Maayaa definitely did it justice. With the idiappams it was delish! Unfortunately they don’t have porichathu and that was something I was craving with my meen moilee! Coming to the moilee, it lacked salt and a little tang. For first timers, they will love it!

Excellent food, pretty ambience and attentive service. We walked in at 10:45 pm on Sunday night, even with the late hour the service was impeccable and the food fresh, hot and incredibly tasty. Our visit was a spur of the moment decision this time, but we will definitely be coming back.

Chicken Uruval was very good. Meena Moili curry was very good. Neer dosa was a bit dry and fish in moili was hard. service was very good

Amazing staff and service on a slow weekday, the chef came out to check on us and made sure the dishes were made to our taste.

Food was mostly good. Their Malabar parotta is frozen and reheated. I ordered their muneer drink which is tender coconut with jaggery and khus syrup according to description but I got a plain glass of tender coconut water. When asked about it, I was met with a smile and asked if I wanted some jaggery 😒

Food was not good beer dose was dry and quantity was also not good, but staff here are really good, Ganesh was serving our table and he was very friendly and polite.

Ambience is great, service is good. the fish was not fresh, prawn vepudu is good. biryani was bland, we had to mix with chutney to get taste. the biryani had just one chicken piece. never saw a biryani with one piece.
