Restaurant food is top notch. The service is commendable. The staff made me feel special and made sure I felt comfortable while having my meals. Each item on the breakfast menu was delicious my compliments to the chef. I would like to specially mention Venkatesh, Saravanan, Surbhi and Sweta for their customised and friendly service. Dhruv explained me in detail that food here is halal and sourced from a trusted vendor. Hitesh served me complimentary juice and coffee while I was waiting to be checked in. I got to experience the magic of Taj in this trip to Bangalore.

Last sunday was my second visit to Machan, what you will surely love about this place is how well they keep the greenery next to the outside sitting in a restaurant. One thing which really moved is the hospitality of Taj, I saw a cat moving around the place, the staff was courteous enough to offer some chicken to the cat. Good was again a delight to the visit, amazing salad spread, live pizza counter and delicious desserts. if you wish to spend quality time. with your loved ones, do visit in the evenings.

The service, the buffet spread, the hospitality, the ambience, the vibe, everything about this place is 10/10. Definitely one of the best breakfast spread in Bangalore. I would like to especially mention Saravanan & Venkatesh for their friendly service.

#Machan, #Taj WestEnd used to be my annual pilgrimage for an occasion. This year we went for the usual #SundayBrunch. Overall experience fell to average. Solid decline in service quality and pleasant attitude of the staff. Missed the old hands there. Will I continue my annual special occasion visit next year? Not sure.

Visited the place for our anniversary today. We took the Sunday brunch buffet. Options were good But food IS HORRIBLE. Everything was cold and bland tasting. They did not even take the effort to heat the food or replace cold food with warm food. Atleast Starters and desserts in any buffet should be good but here in Machan even that was not satisfactory. The fish was smelly, mutton was smelly and stale. Desserts were bland. My wife bakes better cakes at home. Completely dissatisfied with the service. Had to pay Rs 6400 for a couple buffet. Given the taste and quality, price should not be more than Rs1000. Very bad experience at Taj. Really feels like wasted my money here.

One of the most underwhelming dining experiences at Taj Food was sub par to say the least Hardly any normal starter options Main course was just ordinary We had some expectations from desserts but even that was just normal Not even one food item had a wow factor The service was slow and had to be informed multiple times Just paid for a fancy seating .

I’m a regular at the Taj properties as an Epicure privileged member. Used to frequent Masala club until it became Loya and Mynt till it became Machan. Today I visited Machan (redeeming my epicure voucher) and have to say that the food was by far the worst I’ve ever dug into. Barely a vegetarian fare, the taste was below par, service was poor- the waitress seemed shocked when I asked for a cold bottle of house water! The food wasn’t heated enough and the desserts section would score. 5/10. Would I visit this restaurant again ? no way. Though I had a reserved table I was asked to wait until a table got free since someone else had taken mine.. so why didn’t reserve in the first place?

We went for an afternoon brunch here, food was horrible. We started with a hot chocolate with a side of cookie. They served a small basic jeera biscuit/cookie with that and the hot chocolate was too liquidy and was tasting like complan drink. We asked them to make the drink a bit chocolatey bt they couldn’t do much with that. We also ordered a watermelon margarita, which was okay but it is not worth paying 1500rupees even for the prime property like Taj.
