Very disappointed with Madurai Idli Shop. I placed an order and waited for more than 1 hour without any proper update. I did not call or cancel I was patiently waiting for the food to arrive. After making me wait for so long, the order was suddenly cancelled without proper communication. Later, customer care called and casually asked whether the restaurant had contacted me. Why should the customer suffer for the restaurant’s poor management? I had ordered food for a patient, and cancelling after more than an hour shows complete irresponsibility and lack of basic concern. If you cannot handle orders, don’t accept them in the first place. Wasting customers’ time and leaving them hungry like this is unacceptable. Very poor service. Not recommended at all.
