Madurai idly use to be a good place. but this outlet is below average in all aspects - food, hygiene & service. Mu filter coffee had burnt flavor & it came in a paper cup. After asking for a proper cup, they denied by saying they don't have proper cups. There was no manager to attend & staff was extremely lazy. look at there coffee & cups in the attached photo - it is shame in the name of Tamil filter coffee. This would be my last visit to this place.

i ordered via zomato received my order after 1h 30min and only half my order without a bill. Zomato sided the restaurant and did not give me a fair refund. this restaurant should be blacklisted

Received cooked insect from masala dosa. When I went orger reviews in Zomato I saw that others complained about cooked cockroach in food. Unhygienic place

Worse MIS among all their outlets. They run of items from their menu very early in the evening and whatever remains was pathetic in taste.

I received uncooked food. This is the second time I am ordering food from this shop. I ordered Vada and Pongal. Both were poorly cooked.

Old spoiled food is delivered. Morning food they deliver in evening. Worst experience never order from these people. Taste less food.

If you like eating cockroaches, this is your go to place! Absolutely loved how they garnished my idli with a dead body of a cockroach.
