The taste of the best maiyas idli vada has gone down a bit . But it’s slowly Reviving now. Our order was perfect had the right amount of crispness and softness melt in the mouth we long for in maiyas

Maiyyas has shifted to their new building next to more iconic corner one .. honestly it looked like any other hotel with poor service. Hope Maya’s seriously thinks about reinventing

Very bad service..had to wait for 30 mins and this waiting time was not informed before. Cleanliness is not good.

Total utter disappointment today!!! When the Maiyas shifted from the corner building to the next building, really hoped nothing changed with respect to trademark Maiyas quality and service. Were in total shock!!!! Ambience - first floor seating with tables clustered together with bare walls reminded us of 90's basic restaurant! Cleanliness - dirty walls, tables half cleaner, old chairs and dirty hand wash area, definitely not of a restaurant of Maiyas calibre! Taste - all the above somewhat is insignificant if the taste beats it all. And, major disappointment here! Khara bath...rava idli...chandrahaara.... definitely not even half as good as it was before 😕 Service - table service was ok, but not quick or efficient. But the staff that gets food from ground floor kitchen are so rude...even though I was already on my way down, this guy carrying dosas came later and totally barged brushing past us rudely! Hope the newly opening restaurant in the corner makes up for all that Maiyas was!

The dosa’s were very average not out of the box and all. The place is overhyped and you just are paying extra for the brand’s name. The ghee dosa I ordered the ghee they served had water drops in them and the dosa was just below average. The ambience looks very beaten up and we literally had no appetite to eat after seeing the place. Very poor quality and service👎🏻

Hard to decide what was worse, the food or the attitude. It's funny how they are so proud of their unclean restaurant and bad tasting food. No matter how hungry you are, avoid this place. There are many joints nearby. Anyone would be better.

Not enough tables placed in empty place, they intentionally make the customers to wait. The quality and service has gone now. Please avoid in especially on weekend.

This place is really over rated. Worst taste and quality. People will suffer with food poison or acidity. Not at all worth the hype.

On 18 August bought 2 packets of Chow Chow mixture and in one of the packet found fried insect.
