I went here with my friend for lunch thali and it was best decision. Food they serves is so delicious and yummy that you keep eating. My personal favourite is masala dosa and badam halwa. If you are going for thali keep in mind, 1. It’s unlimited veg thali 2. Last order they take in afternoon at 3:30pm 3. Don’t waste food 4. Weekend and public holidays it will be crowded The staff is also nice and friendly. I find this place very reasonable and value for money. Do visit and let me know your thoughts.

Tried their iconic dosa, and it truly lived up to the hype. The dosa was perfectly crispy on the outside, with a well-spiced filling that hit all the right notes. Served with flavorful sambar and chutneys, it was a classic South Indian delight. I also indulged in their signature Chandrahara sweet — a unique, crispy dessert with a delightful sweetness and texture. It was the perfect end to a nostalgic meal. Highly recommend for anyone looking for authentic South Indian flavors!

One of the best place to have breakfast if you are in Bengaluru. Rava Idli is one of their USP's. For every dish they serve, they provide ghee is a very small bowl which is one of their unique style. Also, the staff is courteous and they also have a seperate Coffee Room at the ground floor. A must visit place in Bengaluru

Heard a lot about this place, and it's definitely good. But like many reviews, it's certainly overhyped, and also a tad bit expensive for a simple South Indian eatery. One thing that was amazing was their management. It was peak breakfast time the Sunday morning I visited, but they've accounted for a spacious waiting area for their guests. The funda for this place is you come-eat-go. No idle chit-chatting. I almost felt pressured to finish my meal in a hurry! Their menu is limited, but all the dishes we ordered, be it SET DOSA, IDLI, MASALA DOSA or even the SPECIAL FILTER COFFEE, everything was delicious. For me it was wow-its-yummy kind of delicious and not its-so-good-I-want-to-come-here-again type. Especially when I saw the bill, which certainly is not pocket friendly and possibly not completely value for money either. That said, I as a tourist to the city, think of this legendary place as a bucket list entry to tick off. Not sure how the locals seem to view this place, but the completely packed dining area and minutes long waiting seem to say something! Happy Burping!!!

Decent food. But definitely overhyped. Most of the items in the menu are not available. Expensive for the dining experience and quantity we get. Can try once just for the sake of its iconic tag. There are many other better restaurants available in Bangalore serving authentic cuisine.

The experience due to wait time gets subsided, food is definitely very good. The inside ambience is pathetic, too much noise , table sharing makes it worse. If you are hard core dosa lover then the place is fine otherwise with these it comes to average.

Over hyped place with very average food, long wait time and rude staff. The food may have been great some 40 to 50 years back but definitely doesn’t meet expectations this day and age.

The system is so broken. Menu is displayed on a board on the ground floor - without the pricing. No lunch or meal menu during lunch hours. The reception said the wait time is 15 minutes. We paid, without knowing the price and came up to floor 1 in the lobby. Waited for 1 hour only to be seated inside because they were waiting for the ENTIRE hall to be empty which makes no sense because why not seat the people as and when the table gets empty? Now that we are at the table, there is another 15 minute hassle going on to come and kee the glass, the cutlery, the menu (which has a different set of items than what we initially were offered), and all the promotional shit that they could throw at the table except for the ACTUAL food. This is simply not worth the hype.
