Had a great experience at Mayuri Restaurant thanks to Venu Gopal Reddy. His service was excellent from start to finish. Very attentive, polite, and quick with everything. He made sure we were comfortable and guided us well with the food choices. One of the best service experiences I’ve had in a restaurant. Very friendly staff. They serve us like family. And we feel at Mayuri like home :) Coming here since I was a small kid with my dad, a now I get my kid along to have this hearty soulful food together :) Keep up the good work! Thank you Mayuri :D

We visited Mayuri Bangalore with family and ordered lemon soda, vegetarian and non-vegetarian starters, biryani, and Andhra meals. • Service timing: Non-vegetarian starters were served promptly, but vegetarian starters took a long time to arrive. Lemon soda was served only when we had almost finished our lunch. • Meals service: The Andhra meals service was disappointing. Essential items like papadam, curd, sweet, and other accompaniments were not served. We had to specifically request sambhar and rasam, whereas other tables were served these items in small cups without asking. • Overall experience: The delay in vegetarian starters and incomplete meals service affected our dining experience. We hope the restaurant improves consistency in service and ensures complete meals are served to all customers without repeated requests.

There's more serving staff than the customers YET we need to keep calling them to the table to even give us a menu or take the order. Food is good but service needs to be improved a lot. Although we were the last of the customers - the AC needed to have been kept on, the staff had to be on the floor to tend to us, etc but all the chairs were put on the table, screens wide open hitting us with the heat and no ventilation. Really pathetic experience from such a big brand.

Not good vegetarian options. Order taking was very sporadic and confused. Food came in unusual orders. It was not an enjoyable experience.
