Remembering the fridays of pre-covid ERA I crave d for a McD & I was delighted to find newly added fried chicken 🐓 & as they had an offer - I got 2 in place of 1. Right from the packaging to delivery was top notch & I was really really happy with the personal touch they added be it for me or the person who was delivering. Coming back to the new dish I tried - the fried chicken , I was wow'd !!!!

Not a big outlet, however it's a go-to place if you're shopping at the gopalan signature mall. Great for some muffins at breakfast and of course the swirls.

I had ordered 2 mac premium spicy veg burger+ (L) fries+ 2 coke (2x3). I should have received 6 burgers along with 3 (L) fries and 6 cokes. But I received 5 burgers instead of 6, fries were soggy and spilled, the bottom of the bag was ripped due to coke spills.

For BOGO if there is chicken burger free what is the use of offer to vegetarians…kindly check on offers it would be cool if we get free veg burger instead chicken

Being purely VEGETARIAN we were served NON Vegetarian food!!!!!. We were disgusted with it!. The staff who did this blunder, her name is LATHA and was the most rude employee!. She did not even apologize for her error and kept on arguing with us. She kept on showing her attitude and was extremely rude. After eating here we have seriously fallen sick because of her stupid blunder. Wont recommend ANYONE to eat from here especially my fellow vegetarians

The staff had very bad attitude. I made an order and came back within at most 30 seconds to change my beverage in my meal. They just ignored my request. Their attitude was so dismissive of us, it was very bad. After all this discussion, they took about 15 to 20 mins to give us the order. So it is not like, they were done with the order and they couldn't change. I would recommend avoiding this outlet for the staff behaviour.

In recent times the quality and taste have become very bad. The MC Spicy Chicken lost its charm and feels like a rode side fried chicken.

Found cockroach in food i just threw it was scared. Was shit restaurant doesnt even have a contact no. order from somewhere else instead
