Very disappointed😞, after waiting more than a hour your are telling that your order got cancelled. This is not the way how you handle your regular customers. Very very disappointed very bad experience with McDonald's, we will never order again from here, Thank you for keeping someone more hungry 🙏

I eat as well as order regularly from the McDonald’s kemp fort outlet. In today’s delivery, we got a stale burger bun for American cheese supreme burger as well as fizz free cold drink. This outlet’s food quality has become extremely bad these days. They are downgrading the McDonald’s standards.

Ordered mc maharaja Sunday late night, food was delivered fast but burger n pizza puff was half cooked, as I was hungry had to recook in my oven still was not able to eat, kindly refund else resend order with correct cooking. Hopeless people don’t cheat customer with cheap food.

Shankar barpai not professional at all. Couldn't see the queue and was entertaining anybody and everybody who were coming at the counter without any queue. When asked for this behaviour, he simply chose to ignore.

The chicken was old. Food was very bad. I got stomach pain and infection after consuming it. I am going to make this viral on social media if you don’t take an action. Refund my money!

Please update your number. Whenever we call, the person who picks up the call just irritatingly says not McD. It is difficult to reach the restaurant altogether
