Mc Donald’s is the king of the burger brands. I loved the egg wrap. Wonder why they stopped it ? Also love the Mc spicy paneer burger it’s melt in the mouth. Mexican Cheesy Fries are to die for ... Quality and pricing are the main factors for attracting crowd

Pizza was ohk with reasonable prices... they have I think almost best pizzas in the town.. I think little bit improvement should be there but almost its good

This mcd branch is so irresponsible, i have ordered mc burger meal with upgraded cheesey fries , american mud pie and ordered strawberry shake . But I received 1 diet coke , peri peri fries and some kind of burger. Whole order is wrong , if youre tried and starving for food this is what service they give . Zomato is getting wrose day by day even now MCD . Iam frequent customer of MCD this is what the service is . When I contacted zomato on this even they are not responding either MCD jayanagar branch is responding. Dont ever order from this branch .

Order no. 1414. Came to McDonald for a take away. The full menu was not displayed and the repeated asked the staff who was in charge ( Named Babita) for the entire menu. She was extremely rude. And expected that the customer should be aware of the entire menu and place the order. I even asked for a pamphlet menu. Which she answered rudely until another staff (Venkat) member interfered and took over the order. Extremely rude behaviour.

Pathetic, third class service. No professionalism in employees. Told them for ‘having here’ meal and they made it a takeaway making us wait for more than 15 mins. After that also we were served stale food. On the top of it there wasn’t any response from the manager when we reported this. Mc Donald’s used to be our frequent visiting place but now this would be the last place we ever wanted to visit. Disappointing.

I ordered for home delivery on Zomato yesterday night and I did not get My order correctly maharaja mac chicken burger was small and the patty was burnt this is the service macdonalds are providing... Did not expect this no reply for the refund yet
