Had a wonderful team dinner at Melange, Radisson Blu Bengaluru Outer Ring Road!on 7th August. The overall experience was excellent, from the warm and attentive service to the delicious variety of food. Everything was well presented, fresh, and flavorful, with plenty of options to suit everyone in the team. The ambience was fantastic—elegant, comfortable, and perfect for a team dinner or get-together. The staff were courteous, professional, and very responsive throughout the evening, which made the experience even more enjoyable. A big thank you to the entire team at Melange for making our evening memorable. Great food, excellent service, and a lovely ambience—definitely a place I’d recommend for a relaxed and enjoyable dining experience! 👌

Food needs to be bit medium spicy . also the buffet price for dinner doens't includes the taxes so please include 18 percent tax on the top of the price mentioned .

Had the dinner buffet there yesterday(Friday). We are vegetarians so this review is only for the veg part of the buffet. Spread - Ok, not lavish - 3* Taste - They forgot that food needs to taste well and missed to take care of that. A starter - some cheese ball was just paneer fritter. The juices were just cheap Appy Fizz sort of stuff in their cans. Main course was as tasteless as it could get. But the biggest letdown was their dessert section - Rajbhog was rubbery, and had no filling. Mango rasmalai was the worst ammalagum of rubbery sponge rasmalai and mango puree. A cake which was over before 8.45pm and never refilled. We left at 10.15pm. The moong dal halwa was prepared probably in water. The worst that I had till date. Nothing exciting or great in pastries either. Instead of a complimentary cake that they had informed over call before for our birthday celebration, they just provided a pastry. The buffet was so ordinary and tasteless on par or worse than any place charging you 600 - 800/- Ambience was average. Nothing like a 5* restaurant hotel. Service was good. That's the only thing that was good in the whole experience. And the worst of all, this was billed 9k for 3 of us. Even after Swiggy discount, it only came down to 5k. We paid more than double for such a disappointing experience. Regret choosing them for our celebration. This was our last visit there, will not recommend them.

not value for money! food was pretty average for the price paid. service was good. spread was poor. paying 2600 for mostly rice and sambar?? probably not so good idea
