Mikusu offers excellent food and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff are polite and friendly, especially Ms. Peli, whose hospitality was outstanding.  My first experience at Mikusu was very positive, and I highly recommend it.

Visited the Conrad recently during a meeting nearby. The food was amazing and so was the service and hospitality. Being an Amex card holder also entitles me to a 25% discount on the total bill . It was quite a spread for 2 but being as hungry as we were , We put up quite a fight even surprising ourselves . We ordered 1. HAMACHI carpaccio with jalapeno ponzu and crispy quinoa 2. Crispy chicken with roasted chilli and scallion 3. Edamame with togarashi 4. Truffle edamame dumpling 5. Sticky rice with chicken 6. Regular fried rice 7. Ice cream - avacado , coconut || Banana caramel Except for the rice which was a little salty( was replaced ) everything else was 🤌🏻 Amex platinum charge card holders get a Hilton Honours gold status which enables members to a 25% discount on food. #thegastronomix #destinationdining #Bengaluru

The staff didn't seem to care about the guests. They were talking loudly and rudely among themselves, which spoiled the dining experience. The mosquitoes were also a nuisance. That said, the food was excellent and deserves 5 stars.

I barely write any reviews for restaurants, but Mikusu deserves a review, and for all the wrong reasons. 3 of us girls had lunch at the restaurant yesterday, the food was super oily, every bite would have gulps of oil coming into your mouth. We ordered the clay pot as our main course, which was the worst dish I have ever eaten. It was nothing like a clay pot ( which we asked the wait staff several times before ordering). They put together a curry and jasmine rice, with a few slivers of bok choy. We finally got our bill and paid over 7 k for 3 of us ( 1 starter, 2 clay pots, 1 sushi, and a coke). Unfortunately after the meal, all 3 of us were super sick, the quality of oil was perhaps off. For whoever is reading this, please do not waste your money or health by going to this place.
