We had following flavours - vanilla cone - vanilla was flavorful but the cone was not so fresh , Pistachio was good and the Cherry confit tastes really good but could be less sweeter more of a kids flavour I guess. Had a jam tart and a jam filled biscuit. Both were good not too sweet, just right . The jam tart tasted good even on the next day.

Delectable gelato and Beckett here. The food is aesthetically appealing and delicious too. Tried assorted flavours of their gelato and loved the cookie and pistachio flavours

Very few places do both frozen and regular desserts and this place does both of them quite well. The prices are very reasonable for the quality. A must try !

Ordered hot chocolate and chocolate truffle cake here, both were good. But one thing very disappointing about this place is that they serve everything in disposable cutlery which will just end up in a landfill. The amount of waste they must be generating is unimaginable and it's really not a mark of a sustainable/ responsible business. Would definitely leave them a five star review if they switched their cutlery to something reusable.

Milano offers decent spread of gelato and popsicles. It also offers visually appealing baked delicacies. But they don't offer gelato samples for taste.

Milano serves Golas - basically crushed ice and out here it has a fancy name called Sorbets, at least that's what the ice-creams taste like. It's also not value for money, as each scoop is priced at Rs. 120/-. Please stick to having the regular branded icecreams from Amul and Arun, etc. Honestly they taste any day better than the ones served out here.

Worst people management, been standing in line for 15 minutes only so see random people cutting in line and ordering. You need to have your staff trained to manage crowds, otherwise it will adversely impact customer experience.

Tried their blueberry muffin for the first time. It was dry and with powdery texture. Left a bad taste in the mouth.
