Hello, before I used to love Milano for their different flavours but these days they are not preparing these flavours like Lavender, Spirulina, salted caramel etc …. Only preparing some basic flavours all the time like avocado, hazelnut, cheesecake, berries sorbet, Belgian chocolates and truffle………daily am calling them to check if they have lavender or spirulina or salted caramel but they say no and said they will decide randomly,,,, if u r deciding randomly how come flavours are same all the days…. Atleast mention wch all days which flavour will be there so that v can walk- in or order online….. For online delivery also they will list limited options…….. PLZ COMEBACK MILANO, am waiting for my most favourite flavours Lavender , Spirulina

Quality of food served at the outlet and whats delivery on a home delivery order are quite different. Try to experience all that they serve at the outlet rather ordering.

Ordered Fresh Fruit Salad (Sundae). Very odd combinations of fruits and ice creams. Berry ice cream with pieces of grapes, pineapples, kiwi which was very sour combination. They should taste their own ice creams. Never order this sundae, it’s a warning. It’s highly overrated place. Not going back again. Couldn’t understand why it’s popular.

We visited Milano after a while and we're extremely disappointed with the quality and taste of icecreams. we had brownie, pistachio, tiramisu and truffle. brownie and Tiramisu were below average and barely had any taste or flavour. The pistachio and truffle were just okay. Pretty sad to see a brand like Milano deliver such poor quality..

extremely disappointed with the taste of the icecreams. brought the blueberry cheese cake and lemon cream flavors. blueberry cheesecake had no said taste to it. just tasted like sugar and milk. lemon cream was just ok. sadly no sampling too.

Dessert quality is horrible ! They are selling desserts without sugar and confirming that is how it is suppose to be ! Please don’t have desserts here
