It was my first time having a gelato and it tasted great. The place has some great flavours to choose from and gives a relaxed vibe. If you show up at the right time with minimal crowd (which might be a challenge), you should have a great overall experience. This is also a perfect place for the late night dessert excursion.

Staff don’t give the tester, the customers have to figure it on their own, whether the flavour is going to be good or not the prices are too high quantity is too less. They do not have a standard way to measure and they do not treat their customer as well. The flavours are okay.

I was always a fan of their Gelato. Tried their cheesecake for a change. It was an horrible experience. The texture of the cheesecake was very dry for which they comparatively charged a high amount.

Substandard quality compared to the Indiranagar branch. The apple pie had fungus growing ( see pics attached ) on top, and it was on display. I was totally shocked.

Disgusting worst gelato parlor. With the rude staff who will show you this board if you ask for sample taste. And their flavours are worst, because of NO SAMPLE policy of such huge parlors, your money will be wasted. Staff has no courtesy to provide suggestions or atleast reply politely. Not recommended at all.

Very poor customer service, extremely rude. Shop wasn't even open during normal working hours. Asked to come back later post 30min, post which again again I was refused service during working hours, due to cleaning the floor. Very bad service.
