I recently visited Monkey bar and I have to say, the experience was made very warm because of Shanlurhumo. He was serving us drinks at the bar and he was fantastic at what he did. He recommended great drinks-explained them well to us. He was very polite and friendly and the entire experience was fun because of him.You don’t get that kind of attention everywhere. If you visit this place,definitely ask for him — he really makes the whole place better. Great service, great attitude.

We visited Monkey Bar for an English breakfast, and the service was excellent. The food was amazing, making it one of the best places in the city to spend a Sunday morning.

Great place for dining - good juicy lamb sliders and the gin based cocktails was just right. Our host Abdesh was really good and great service provided by him. Recommend the place for good get togethers..

I booked the slot for the day from swiggy, but after reaching the place , they denied for entry by saying that we are reserved completely. Whereas we were also rigid as they shown availability on swiggy while booking, whereas after reaching they denied! Really worse experience for this.we were astonished to see as we were almost 1 hour 30minutes inside, where almost 3/4 tables were vacate. This is really disappointing as they were into business not service! Rather accepting the fault that they should not accept the slot on swiggy, they were arguing on the call they made after 15minutes of booking and money deducted!!!

I love monkey bar but I would skip Friday and Saturday, its such a great bar with apt ambience but the music always sucks ! And for all that matters please don’t turn it into a dancing club, it will still remain a great place without it. Also the security needs some manners to treat guests, i was treated well but i have seen couple of people being rudely treated. Also, please don’t advertise the entry as only couples and stags along with couples when only stags kept coming the entire night based on connections !

Served raw pork sausages. Did not offer to change, and the server Bijoy, was like I don’t know the chef made it! I mean Ofcourse I know the chef made it!

Cheats. They had billed 8 extra drinks to our table at our friends birthday. Had to go back for 3 days to get the bill corrected. Sat through almost 9 hours of cctv footage to recheck everything. The staff told us they had already checked the cctv before making the bill but they just lied to us. The entire process was harassing. They were very condescending when we went to sort it out like we were a bunch of drunks who did not remember anything but all of us knew that the bill was wrong. The attitude of staff and manager is abysmal. Its just a cash grab. Never even looking at this place again.
