An excellent family restaurant. Most of the fare was north Indian with few middle eastern selrctions. The ambience was warm and cozy. Staff were friendly and gave prompt service. Most of all, the food was delicious. Had a great meal without burning a hole in the pocket.

Have been here before and liked the food but food quality seems to be degrading. We went little late but the restaurant was open and taking orders. We ordered chicken soup which was below average, less salt and no sauce / vinegar or anything served. To be honest didn’t liked it all. Then we ordered chicken hyderabadi biryani which was again not that great. Taste very average and nothing special. Rice quantity was decent but chicken pieces were just 2 small pieces also seemss not to be very fresh, also not cooked properly as the piece was hard. No complains about ambience or staff service, only complain about the taste which was very average and not value for money at all..

A very costly restaurant compared to the quantity and quality of every item on menu. Only because they have a monopoly and advantage of location for a family restaurant, they are charging exhaustive prices for 4th grade quality food and comparatively insufficient quantity of a plate for even a single person to eat. 290 rupees prawns sizzler had only 8 small size prawns. No rice or salad or anything to eat with the prawns. Whereas tiger prawns are available at rupees 480 per kg in nearby fish shops. Hot and sour chicken soup was filled with more of chopped green chillies and less of chicken pieces. 120 rupees egg Biryani had only one boiled egg cut in two pieces in it with little bit of rice and plentiful of used vegetable oil or molten dalda in it. Mutton Kolhapuri 3 pieces and sweet gravy mixed with chopped green chillies. Paneer masala 4 pieces of Paneer mixed with sweet gravy. A palm sized roasted papad for 40 rupees !!! Service was abysmal too. No quarter plates for bones from nonveg dishes. No onion and lime with nonveg dishes until asked and that too came at the end of the dinner. No toothpicks for nonveg eaters until asked. No clearing of unclean dishes of previous course until asked. Though water bottle and glasses are empty in the middle of the meal, still didn't offer or asked for water. Charging extra GST for AC section. But not starting it until customer asks. No common sense and knowledge about the proper sequence of courses to be served to the customer, probably because of the absence of any experience as well as training. No finger bowls at the end of dinner, until asked for. If not on the quality and quantity of the goods, atleast quality of service should be compensating for the cost of the dishes. I think they are running the show on similar lines as that of restaurant chain called Empire in Bengaluru. Similar experience there too. Location advantage is the only plus point and rest all are negative. A never to repeat experience. We regret going to this Moriz place and wasting our monies. A strictly wastage of money owing to the attitude of the management towards the customer reflecting through the staff's behaviour on floor.

The food served was stale. We ordered veg kolhapuri and the veggies added in the curry were stale. We couldn't eat food after that and wanted to leave and asked for the bill. We asked the staff to remove the curry from the bill since it was stale. We were ready to pay for the rest of the food even when we didn't eat it. But the staff refused and had the audacity to bring freshly cut veggies to show us that it was not spoiled/stale. Just not the behavior you would expect from a reputed chain in Bangalore city. Pathetic service and no apology at all. Shameless people. Please do not waste your time and money in this outlet. Even one star is too many

I had paneer tikka biryani at Moriz. It is the worst biryani that I ever had. They served white rice as biryani which has no taste at all. Regret to visit the place.
