I have been visited this place since inception. Nevertheless. The taste won’t match the original MTR😍. But I love Roof Top Sitting and Hygiene it is. However the cost it’s quite huge. I can understand the Brand its stands for. If in case this unit makes its affordable this can be game changer.

We were working in a nearby co-working space and came here for lunch and snacks. We ordered benne dosa, neer dosa, podi rava dosa, bisi bele bath, veg cutlet, paddu, thatte idli and fruit salad with ice cream. Food was decent and service was fast. The tea and coffee looked underwhelming though and hence, I didn't taste it.

I came here for lunch at around 2 to find out that only meals are served till 3:30! So, sharing the latest menu card with updated timings

had mini tiffin combo(210 rs ). The quantity was very less . not fulfilling even for a kid . for the amount they charge the quantity is less customer service not up to mark. ambience roof top is good . if price is affordable and quantity is increased it is worthy enough to visit else waste of money .

Having a brand name like MTR, i thought i didn't have to worry about food hygiene. i had severe gastro enteritis and lost 2 days of my productivity after eating here. I will not be recommending this to my family/ friends

Very poor attitude from staff. We keep sitting for 15 and they walk pass by without taking order. Then when asked why is the delay the reply is very rude wait for some more time. The charges already sky rocketing 60 rs for single idly which was served cold probably made a few hours ago so was the vada. They have only grown in terms of brand name but failed at hospitality miserably. Really disappointed With MTR JP Nagar outlet

Useless non cooperative idiots. we reached at 3:10 with sr citizens. they refused us a-la-carte until it was 3:30 pm. they told us to take thalis - on non- sharing basis. A quantity that was a lot. we came back. They could have accommodated and offered us a-la-carte as it would have taken 15-20 mins to prepare...

Very bad taste salty food high price. Not original mtr Hsr food is bad bad bad. Central AC is only good thing there

We had come around 2:50 and few were yet to join . They won’t allow you in ac room and it is not hygeine at all
