Dropped by to taste their coffee and the barista suggested the Wild Honey Iced Latte and this is my fifth time now. The Chocolate Croissant was also A1, so flaky and YUM! Must try

The food was amazing. It was pet friendly. And Kiran gave us the best recommendations for dishes

Must try: mango and fish salad, prawns in pumpkin sauce, any cocktail from the menu.

food was great, ambience is lovely, but grabbing the attention of waiters is a bit tricky. although, once you have it, they are quite attentive.

Breakfast at muro is awesome. The crab omlette is a must try, compliments to the chef.

with each drink costing 800 plus, how can they even make a mistake of serving this with flat soda water!!

Muro is certainly losing its charm. For the price you pay, the cocktails were just okay, and the food was, at best, an okay-ish experience. But the dessert was an absolute disaster. I have genuinely never had a more abysmal “sticky rice with mango” anywhere in the world. Puffed rice and aam papad in sticky rice with mango? Seriously? Yes, it’s August. Maybe mango season in Bangalore is over. Fair enough. But then tell your patrons that mango isn't available and don't serve some bizarre substitute and call it fusion food. After a very average meal, this was the perfect disaster to end the evening. There is a difference between creative fusion and putting random ingredients together and calling it innovation. Never returning to Muro again. The one thing I’ll give them — the ambience is lovely. No denying that. I genuinely hope things turn around because the place has the setting and potential to be much better than this. But for what Muro charges, this level of food simply isn't acceptable.

We visited for breakfast at around 11:00 AM on a Sunday, when nearly 70% of the restaurant was empty. We were a group of four and requested an outdoor table. The receptionist bluntly informed us that all outdoor tables were reserved for guests with pets, despite there being around six vacant outdoor tables. We explained that we were not comfortable sitting indoors and would prefer to leave if outdoor seating wasn’t possible. Instead of making any effort to accommodate us, apologising, or even acknowledging our concern, the receptionist simply responded, “Okay.” What was most disappointing wasn’t the seating policy—it was the complete lack of hospitality. The restaurant chose to turn away four paying customers rather than seat us at one of several empty outdoor tables, all of which were being held in anticipation of guests with pets who hadn’t even arrived by 11:00 AM. Policies are understandable, but good hospitality requires flexibility and I basic courtesy. Unfortunately, both were missing.

We are a group of 20 people. We came and met the manager a day prior asking for a good deal for the big group. We were assured of the same, when we came and ate and then asked for the bill the manager went MIA. We had to then pay the full amount, Decent food, bad after taste.
