one of the worst restaurants in terms of service,ambience, and food quality and quantity service - staff is clueless and untrained,the persons who take orders are downright rude and unapproachable ambience - so cramped and stuffy so much so the basket cart used for clearing tables will literally pass right beside your food and touch your elbows if u sit on aisle food quality - very, very average for the price they are charging quantity - if you even have a reasonable appetite..be prepared to go hungry unless you want to spend 3x of what u do in any other restaurant, especially their biryani is pathetic over all WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT

The Service is very poor and so is the quality of the food.. it was better a year ago.. but I guess business growth is indirectly proportional to Quality. I will not recommend this place to anyone as even the food I ordered had very less quantity compared to the amount of money charged, the service was very late, although the staff did their job well but the time consumed is too much, Food quality is really poor.

The service and the staff are really bad. I informed two people that the dish was not good. They are least bothered to ask what is wrong to get it corrected. Responded: Everything is prepared in some other place. We reheat it and serve it. Can't help with the dish. Omg, If the food is prepared in some other place, it is just reheated and served here. It's not worth the price n visiting this place.

ಕೋಳಿ ಮಾಂಸ ತುಂಬಾ ಗಟ್ಟಿಯಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ, ವಿಶೇಷವಾಗಿ ಲೆಗ್ ಪೀಸ್ ಡೀಪ್ ಫ್ರೈ, ಬಿರಿಯಾನಿ ಮಾತ್ರ ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿತ್ತು, ಮೀನು ಗಟ್ಟಿಯಾಗಿತ್ತು, ಮಾಂಸ ಗಟ್ಟಿಯಾಗಿತ್ತು, ಎಲ್ಲವೂ ಡೀಪ್ ಫ್ರೈ, ಸ್ಟ್ರಾಟೆರಾ ತುಂಬಾ ಗಟ್ಟಿಯಾಗಿತ್ತು, ಕೋಮಲವಾಗಿಲ್ಲ, ಕೆಟ್ಟ ಅನುಭವ.

I am regular to this place because of veg meals. But today I ordered mushroom pepper fry. That plate contained maida and flour coating with a lot of oil . Mushroom was countable. On complaining they had no answer also we had to pay the full bill. The manager just stared at me . Being in hospitality industry he dint even know what and how to answer or handle the situation. Not even offered to change the plate and redo it

recieved spoilt chicken and still was forced to pay the bill or eat another plate of chicken so that they get the money. horrible service and manager mr. chandra refused to accept the quality of chicken even after showing the pieces. just so that they get the bill they force you to eat again. would never recommend anybody to go by the name and visit this place.
