One of the best Veg Meal places I've been to in Bangalore. Really enjoyed the food here and even the staff was very friendly. Our server Madhav was really sweet. Regarding the food be it rasam or curd or papad or ghee rice with podi everything was top notch. Worth the try.

we had the chicken biryani (6/10) and the chicken ghee roast (6.5/10) food was good, just not accustomed to my palate

i ordered meals and it was good. Sambhar was not upto the mark and both sambhar and rasam they gave Cold.. chicken biryani was not good. main thing the Staff was Rude and Arrogant, especially the person who took the order. he started arguing for the mistakes and was Rude. very bad attitude and service

The waiter dropped all the food items on me. I went with my family to celebrate my birthday on 11th April 2026, 8:30 PM at Nagarjuna Koramangala branch. We ordered 4-5 dishes. The waiter brought all the food items in one tray on his left hand. As he bent to keep one dish on the table, the rest of the food slipped on and fell on my right hand, jeans and top. It spoiled my dress and slightly burned my right arm. My phone got spoiled with chicken curry. Despite this panicking and shouting, no manager came to access the situation and take accountability. Rather, they were busy taking orders just 2 tables ahead. A complete attempt was done to silent the matter. What kind of premium dining experience is this? Why did the waiter bring all the food items at once? Why was there no one else to keep the food items one by one? What if the hot food had fallen on the child that was with us? what if it had fallen in my eyes? Pathetic. You ruined my birthday, you ruined my Nagarjuna experience. If there was anyone else, they would have called the police to cause grievous injury by spilling hot food. Mr. N. Mohan Reddy should take cognizance of this matter. Worthless Restaurant.

Poor in service efficiency, customer focus & taste. We had gone for lunch ona working day, today. Ordered 2 andhra meals and a chicken sholay kabab starter. The problem started from the order placement itself. When asked the black coat gentleman about chicken starts, he rattled off 10-15 names in chicken fish and mutton - meaning he didn't bother to no understand my requirement. When food was brought, the starter was cold. No point complaining, we started eating. During the course, we had asked for daal (pappu), pappadam many times, once even had to get up and physically get the black-coat gentleman to get us refilld. Taste wise, most of the items - chutney, rasam, sambhar were very citrous in nature (we have eaten many such meals so know the typical taste). We asked to heat up the starter, which by the time returned, I was already finishing the dessert. And finally, when explaining this ordeal to manager at reception, neither the cashier acknowledged not the big boss standing there. They kept staring at their cellphones. Food was good. I have been a customer of nagarjuna for more than 2 years now, but their service is stupid. They don’t know how to respect the customer. I was eating my last course of rice and I asked one more serving of the buttermilk. I finished eating, waited, so washed my hands and came back so that they can clean the table and sat. By the time the bill was already there, so I decided to pay and wait. Then, he asks me to move from there and wait in the entrance till the buttermilk comes. I told let the buttermilk come, and then ask me to move. And he gives me a look, I complained to the manager and he is like sorry, give him his buttermilk. It’s stupid to ask someone to move without completing their meal, and worse is asking them to move and make them sit in the entrance till someone brings food. Absolute bullshit. I will never visit Nagarjuna again.

I have had Nagarjuna many times before, but this time around the food was terrible. Absolutely shocking taste, very very poor. We had the Mutton Kheema biriyani, which was absolutely horrid. I am very spice tolerant, it was riddled with chilies to the extent there was no taste. The veg meal was very average, quality has degraded since we were last here. The Chicken Fry was abominable, the worst chicken dish I have had in all my time in Bangalore. It felt like someone threw in a few masalas with no care. We will be skeptical about visiting this restaurant again.

Worst food experience!!!! Food quality is really really bad ! Guntur chicken - very salty and chicken 65 - the chicken was very hard. And especially Raasam- only pepper water nothing else ! Please don’t visit. Only side-vegs are good and fish was good nothing else! Not that much worth. Please don’t recommend this restaurant to anyone.
