Not so good food. You might feel it will be good looking at the wide variety of options. Rice taste is ok but the chicken feels stale for me

I recently visited Naga's expecting the usual fast-food convenience, but my experience was far from satisfactory. Here's what went wrong: 1. Delay: It took an astonishing 40 minutes to get my order. For a fast-food chain, this is completely unacceptable. 2. Mistake in Order: When my order finally arrived, it was incorrect. The staff had punched in the wrong items, forcing me to wait even longer for corrections. 3. Bad Service The service was disorganized and slow. It seemed like the staff had no urgency, even with multiple customers waiting. 4. Poor Customer Service: When I tried to address the issues, the staff were indifferent and dismissive. There was no apology or effort to make things right. 5. Uncomfortable Environment: The restaurant was too hot inside, making the waiting experience even more unbearable. It felt like the air conditioning wasn’t working or wasn’t turned on. 6. Lack of Accountability: The overall attitude of the staff gave the impression that nobody cared about the customers or the poor service being provided. This visit was a huge disappointment. Naga's needs to seriously improve it's customer service, order accuracy, and in-store comfort to retain loyal customers

Very poor service and poor quality and quantity both. Ordered biryani was absolute disappointment. Not sure how a sub standard outlet is present in nexus koramangala.

Absolute waste of time and money. Pathetic taste, rate also on very higher side. Don't waste your money.
