Service is bad, as if doing a favour. Bland food, despite requesting to make it spicy. Not coming here again. Only plus was the ambience and the greenery. The Ashram feel looked deliberate.

while the ambience is great and the slow pace is nice, the food would be something I would put a level below the Udupi and the newly opened rameshwaram/koteshwaram cafes. the menu is as tasteless as the food and that should speak volumes of my experience

Huge letdown. Great food in the past, but recent service was pure chaos > I’ve been a regular customer here and the food has always impressed me. Unfortunately, my visit with family on June 6th was incredibly disappointing due to a massive drop in service quality and basic management. The Infrastructure Issue:We ordered sandwiches, but the power went out and they couldn't fulfill our order. It’s highly surprising that a restaurant of this scale doesn't have a functioning power backup system. The Service Chaos:The service has degraded significantly. While there was no shortage of waiters and waitresses, they seemed completely clueless. Nobody knew who ordered what, leading to our order getting mixed up with another table's. It’s sad to see a good place slide like this. Great food means nothing if the execution and basic operations are this disorganized. Hoping management takes note and fixes this.
