visited your hotel today and ordered idli, but what I received was completely unacceptable. The idli had spoiled black patches inside (photo attached), which clearly shows lack of hygiene and care in food preparation. To make things worse, when I raised this issue, the person at the reception behaved very irresponsibly and showed no concern at all. This kind of service and food quality is not only disappointing but also dangerous to customers' health. I strongly do not recommend anyone to visit this hotel. Please take this as serious feedback and act immediately.

This hotel cooking staffs changed now as hotel manager said, quality and quantity poor recently I ordered veg biryani taste was totally different than earlier and rice was not even mixed properly.
