Ordered a 1.5 kg Chocolate Truffle for the birthday, the cake turned out to be so thin, not even 3 cms thickness for a pastry. And at the time of delivery they gave around 1.2 kg cake when asked why its small, they said will refund the remaining money. Such a terrible place to order a birthday cake, while ordering a lady who had ordered 3 KG red velvet cake too was having argument about the service, we should have taken it as a hint and went to other pastry shop for the cake. The staffs are adamant and clueless about the customer service. I would strongly recommend to avoid placing order for cakes at Namma Bakery. Pathetic, Awful and spoiled the birthday aura.
