Vandana - A true synonym for perfect melange of southindian fare which compromises of Andhra cuisine Kerala cuisine Mangalore cuisine Coastal delicacies . . So I finally choose to pay a visit with my friends for weekend dinner to relish a laid back relaxed meal amidst peaceful decor .. USP - each dish is unique and they did their best in replicating the flavours of each cuisine with out altering , right use of ingredients did the trick . Ambiance -4/5 The decor gives one a feeling of great laid back ambiance , the entrance is grand with huge diyaaaa giving it a South Indian place feeel . Seating options are comfortable, . Food - 4.5/5 What I loved the most - 🔹Gongura Pappu ( this is not poppuu) Sorrel leaves dal with hint of tangyness- Andhra delicacy 🔹mangalore chicken ghee roast - true mangalore delicacy with loads of ghee 🔹 appam with veg stew 🍲 🔹guntur chicken 🍗- not the green chilly sauce version we get - but a sheer classic made with grounded red chillies 🌶 🔹paneer Peralan - a true classic from Kerala with right use of grated coconut 🥥 🔹chicken shorba - strong hint of crushed pepper and perfect broth 🔹coconut rice - sheer classic goes well with kodi kura ( Andhra delicacy ) This one is flawless 🔹raagimani - after a long time had perfect 😍 dessert this one steals the show 😍🤩 ( must try here ) . For a perfect Andhra , chettinad , mangalore , Kerala and coastal fare do visit Vandana restaurant at Sarjapur Road . I’m happy will be back soon.. Service -4/5 The staff are really polite abs make sure you have good dining experience Thank you team Vandana you have done a fantastic job by curating Amd selectively presenting dishes from Different cuisines across South Indian states . VFM -5/5 True value for money place , prices are pretty descent and do not burn a hole in your pocket . Vandhana, a newly setup restaurant in Sarjapur which offers Andhra, Kerala, Mangalorean and Coastal cuisines, encompassing the flavours of all 4 South India states. I recently visited the restaurant with a bunch of my friends looking at the wide variety of cuisines they offer. Each dish is different and unique in its own way and I am in love with the shuttle ambience they had. The staff was warm and welcoming. They took all safety and precautionary measures. The highlight of the menu was gongura pappu, Mangalore chicken ghee roast, paneer peralan. It was made to perfection and spices were very well balanced. I am a fan of their Ragi mane which was an absolute delight and satisfied my sweet tooth. Would definitely love to visit this place again. The prices are also pretty decent. Thank you team Vandhana for this beautiful experience ❤️ Follow @engagingsoul for more such updates. Till few years back, never knew Andhra meals will become a comfort food for me as well as my family. While we love the popular chains of Bangalore, we still love to explore smaller and newer Andhra cuisine restaurants. Namma Vandana is a great find for Andhra food lovers especially if you are staying in and around Sarjapur and HSR area. Brightly lit, elegant interiors, comfortable seating makes your expectation higher for a great meal. And the cooks from East Godavari district delivers a fine meal laid on a plantain leaf. The Pappu, Rasam and Sambar was one the best that I tasted in Bangalore and reminiscent of a friends wedding in Vizag. We also ordered curry leaf chicken and coriander chicken both were fresh and delicious. A value for money meal yet soul satisfying is so rare these days. Do try if you live nearby ...

Namma Vandana is an authentic Andhra restaurant which offers very delicious Andhra style delicacies. They have both Andhra and Indian mainstream starters like the Andhra chilli chicken, Kababs, Malai paneer , baby corn dry fry. The Andhra chicken was amazing and mouth watering, so was the malai paneer. They have authentic Andhra meals served in the most traditional ways. Loved their Andhra style Biriyani too. They also offer some refreshing juices and butter milk. Nice ambience and good parking facility too. Very friendly staff amd great service.

Heard of Vandana and it’s amazing coastal food, and andhra food❤️ I went there with my friends , and everything was really good, and made with perfection. What I loved the most was the Chicken Ghee Roast, vegetable stew, gongura dal and kodi kura. The food was rich in flavour and medium spicy. What stood out the most was Ragi Mani, the dessert which tasted like Indian Panna Cotta✨ I had two of them. They take safety precautions, the seating is really nice, comfortable and spacious. The place even gives banquet facilities.

Food ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Ambience ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Been there and tried authentic andhara style meals/ starters and biryani. Must say the flavours and aroma was outstanding and their service is next level. Staffs were polite and they keep checking about the taste. Owner is also very humble and took the feedback. Overall a must visit place if you want to try authentic n traditional andhra style meals.. 🙌

Paneer chilly.paneer was like rubber pieces. And we had ordered second item as stuffed kulcha. Which was served without any chatni or curd.

Nothing like old vandana. Food didn't not taste well, quality detreotted. Service was worst, they were trying to manage with less staff.

One of the disaster experiences, they served stale and tasteless food. Non veg was undercooked. Not worth it.
