Had a great dining experience at Nandhana Palace. From starters to the main course, everything was satisfying and well-balanced. A special mention goes to Nayomi, whose service made our visit exceptional. She was not only attentive and professional, but also incredibly warm and friendly. Her genuine care and attention to detail elevated the entire experience. It’s rare to come across such dedicated service, and she truly deserves recognition for it.

Ravi was our host. Did a great job. Had Non veg Thali. Few items were amazing like Sambar, Rasam, lamb was good. Fish was OK ok. Overall a nice place for a meal

Nandhana restaurant at Kammanahalli Bangalore asks customers for a tip upfront while presenting the bill, which is uncomfortable and inappropriate. Tipping should be entirely optional and based on the customer’s choice, not something requested or implied by the staff. This approach feels like pressure rather than appreciation and negatively impacts the overall dining experience. Being put on the spot like this takes away from what should otherwise be a pleasant dining experience. I hope the management reconsiders this approach and looks into this matter seriously.

I visited Nandhana palace recently with a friend, expecting a pleasant dining experience, but it turned into a shocking and unsafe ordeal. We ordered a non-veg meal and a veg meal, and my friend found a stapler pin in one of the chicken starters. This was horrifying, to say the least. My friend was visibly shaken and could not eat anything after this incident. Such a hazardous object in food is a blatant failure in basic food safety and quality control, putting customers' lives at serious risk. We documented the incident with photographs, which we are sharing here as evidence. This is not a minor issue—it’s a life-threatening mistake that cannot be overlooked. We are considering filing a formal complaint with the consumer court to ensure accountability and to prevent such negligence in the future. We urge the management to take immediate action to overhaul their hygiene and safety practices, and we strongly advise others to exercise caution before dining here. Incidents like this are completely unacceptable.
