pappu (dal ) tast is not good.... staff also not available near our table. If I require something I should ca them 3 to 4 times than they will attend.. this behaviour is not good

Very average food, very unlike of Nandhini. No bar as stated in zomato. Staff are courteous but not trained. Ghee coming before rice, finger bowls before you finish dining….

I visited this restaurant today expecting to have a good biryani, but unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. We ordered the Hyderabadi Chicken Boneless Biryani and Lemon Chicken Dry. The chicken pieces in the biryani had a strong, foul smell, making the dish completely unappetizing. I raised the concern with the marketing manager, who kindly replaced the order. However, to our disappointment, the second biryani also had the same foul smell and was completely inedible. At this point, we had no confidence in the food and could not consume it. We were offered a complimentary coconut pudding, which was actually the only item we enjoyed. Unfortunately, after the meal, I have also been experiencing some stomach discomfort, which makes the overall experience even more concerning. I would strongly recommend the management take food quality and freshness much more seriously. Based on my experience today, I would advise others to avoid this particular branch.

Horrible service, we went after booking but seats were not reserved, we had to wait for 30 minutes. Meals served in plates instead of banana leaf, there was no fresh drinks, available food items were limited. They were not interested in serving customers. This was 2nd visit assuming they might have got better unfortunately there standard of service remain horrible. Never going there again.

Worst experience ever the meals, which I have taken was not at all hot, the steamed rice was completely cold in the menu. It was a different food items in mail and I received some other food items. I have also not received the sweet also.

What food in the menu card is missing in practical. Overpriced quantity is low.
