The food was good enough but the service and the hotel environment is pathetic and horrible. We saw a rat moving inside the restaurant and the bathroom smells even tho it is such a reputed hotel...Overall experience wasn't that good.

The food was decent, but the overall experience was quite disappointing. There were multiple power cuts during our visit, and each time it took 3–4 minutes to restore power, leaving the entire restaurant in complete darkness — not acceptable for a dining place. They also don’t provide parking, which is inconvenient. The most concerning part was the payment experience. I paid through the District app, where staff usually just scan or take a picture of the confirmation. Instead, the staff member took my phone and walked away to the billing counter, even after I specifically asked him not to and to just take a picture of the payment. It’s basic common sense and professionalism not to take a customer’s phone like that. This made me very uncomfortable.

Very disappointing experience at Nandini Deluxe.The food was spoiled and had a foul smell. We had to return the dishes. Shockingly, even the biryanis served were in very bad condition. We ordered 2 Andhra biryanis and 1 Hyderabadi biryani, but the waiter delivered something else entirely. The Hyderabadi biryani was nothing more than red chilli rice with no authentic taste. What was more concerning was that we initially wanted to order mutton biryani, and the waiter openly admitted that the mutton biryani was not good and was spoiled. Unfortunately, we experienced the same issue with the Andhra chicken fry that was served to us — it smelled bad and was clearly not fresh. The ambience was filthy and poorly maintained. Definitely not worth the money. If you are charging full price under a “Buy 2 Get 1 biryani offer, at least ensure the food is fresh and hygienic. Serving spoiled food from the morning and charging customers full price is unacceptable.Pathetic service better avoid visiting

half the food items on the menu aren’t available, 4/5 items that we ordered were delivered cold, and when we sent back the waiter said “they come like this sir, they won’t be too hot because they’ll have to come through the centre” food tasted bland, almost old, even the starters. biryani was flavorless too. The waiters kept casually shouting while talking to each other in the service area as well. Really bad experience through and through, wouldn’t want to visit again.

We ordered a Chicken Biriyani, Chicken Kshatriya and Chicken 65. The person who takes the order has no knowledge about the items. The served biryani was stale and the chicken starter was bland. And we were the only customers there. No wonder there weren’t any people. The standard of the food served and the service has gone so low. An absolute minus to this place. Pathetic! Terrible experience. Never coming back to this place.

1)Food quality & quantity very bad,as per the rates , Rates toooo much high 2) very less staff, they not looking properly to the customer , cashiers looking everything 3) they don't know how to Make Currys and chapati , 4) literally money wasted,we eat outside , 5) not satisfied , please learn how to Make food and then charged high 6)in menu card they given wheat chapati and roti but we get full maida chapati and roti .
