I've placed paneer butter masala and roti today Delivery from zomato was as always the best but the food was spoiled, The curry was pretty bad, I guess it's spoiled, I had to throw that and instead of roti they gave phulka which I don't mind, since they are so soft (for which they deserve 2 rating)

We ordered phulka, roti, veg kolhapuri,kaju masala and veg hyderabadi biryani. Phulkas were very soft , whereas kolhapuri tasted sour and biryani was not even close to pulao, it tasted like puliyogere.Kaju masala was fine. Disappointed badly.

Ordered Paneer Manchurian and Gobi Chilli, volume was not Value For Money (VFM). Taste of Paneer Manchurian was almost bland. Volume of Paneer was very low. 2* is for quality.

I had ordered dal makhani and paneer dish, from New Punjab pure very restaurant and received stale dal which i have put across to zomato on your chat, this is first time i ever ordered through your app and that will be the last i will ever use your app. It was the most disgusting service i have ever come across, the contact number of the resturant provided does not connect and you have just washed your hands of this issue, there is no communication regarding the refund nor replace the dish. I will make sure you get the worst publicity and i will start posting this incident and the chat i had with you guys on the social media, you guys are just interested in your cut from the restaurant and app users. You seem you least care of the quality of the product supplied nor care for the customer's complaints.

We ordered for paneer makhani and paid for same. But when we opened it was paneer butter masala that too with very less paneer. If paneer makhani is not available, they would have rejected order but not send whatever they wanted for

Please dont order online, There is almost Rs. 100 cost difference between restaurant price and price mentioned here even when we choose self pickup, this is very bad experience and make sense to refrain ordering here.

This was my worst experience ever, I ordered for butter Rotit hey have sent chappathi and the butter paneer was so bad that we couldn't have it please try not to repeat,try to improvethe quality.

Ordered 6 Punjabi Thali online however must say the quality was not good .won't order or refer anyone to order .there was nothing Punjabi in taste nor the items
