Schezwan fried rice is nice...it's next to metro station...had many branches across across..most famous hotel...tummy filling meals..food is good..

The quantity was very less and it was not at all sufficient was one person , had to order two items. The taste was nice

Delivery options from this restaurant are tempting. Was feeling hungry and wanted to fill my tummy. A common human tendency to fall for the offers and same happened with me today. I had to choose something from whatever was marked as "must try" just because I didn't want to disappointed and did that. Ordered open dosa, rice bath and chocolate nut sundae. The open dosa was perfectly packed and presented well. But didn't taste fresh or hot. Didn't like it. The so called rice bath was something which can't be named. Tasted real bad. The ice cream was kind of ok since they didn't prepare that but had melted by the time it was delivered. Overall disappointed. Not so happy. 2 star for the ice cream only. Other 2 items don't owe any rating.

I had been here twice but still quality hasn't improved. I ordered north Indian and received hard Roti and butter bean which we couldn't finish. Not really worth for your money

Will never step in here again! The place looks very fancy from the outside as it has been refurbished. I made the mistake of trying it out without checking reviews. Went for dinner June 2019. Ordered cream of mushroom soup. It was a bowl of white coloured watery liquid with chunks of cut up mushrooms in it. Absolutely not creamy nor did it have ANY other taste. Main course: ordered butter garlic naan and dal makhani. The waiter comes and serves Rajma masala! When questioned, he says this is only dal makhani. He had the arrogance to say this is how dal makhani is made here, if you don't want it now you can order something else. Goes on to add that he asked the "master chef" in the kitchen, who tells him that this is how he's been making dal makhani for 10 years!! Ate it since we were starving. Food taste was absolutely terrible. This place is spoiling the name of New Shanti sagar. They dont even basic sense of what food items Is what, and zero customer service as well. Best avoided. I would rather go without food than eat here.

I seriously don't like this place. I visited this restaurant last Sunday and seeing North Indian meal in the menu I decided to order that only. There were two types of meal - mini meal with 2 accompaniments and the big deluxe meal that I ordered. The pricing was around 120 rs and the Thali had 2 Tandoori Roti Dal Palak Paneer Rasam Curd Pulao Papad Slices of onion Rajbhog The quantity was adequate but the taste was too bad. I didn't like half of the gravy's because of the taste. Dal was good and can be tried. Restaurants like New Shanti Sagar should focus more on one type of cuisine when they cannot deliver the authentic taste.

Visited this place around 9PM. Food was ok ok.. service was bad. All face were as if we are torching them. I understand how it feels at the end of the day, still when customers come, they dont need to smile.. but having horrible face is pathetic. The best part was I dint provide tips and that guy was murmuring saying cont provide tips also. Who ever the manager, take care of your employ's.   Tips is when customers satisfied they they provide, not to all stupid people and for stupid service. So any one visiting that place, make sure you give tips and not the bill

Something I learnt after ordering from here is to always check the reviews.... Worst, unhygienic food....A roadside vendor can make tasty and hygienic food than this... I think management of this place is least bothered about the reviews

Recently ordered a mushroom fried rice. It was made with leftover jeera rice,biryani,some Manchuria and mushroom. The taste was pathetic and too peppery.
