I booked for a corporate lunch with my colleagues. 50% flat discount on buffet. However offer handling charges were added which is very unethical. First you give discount and then you charge for handling the same discount.

ambience was excellent. service could improve in terms of clearing the plates on the table soon, which required to call for staff repeatedly. food was bland for indian style .

The service was terrible. We were a group of 3 people and had booked the buffet. Usually, in a buffet, food is refilled when it gets over. But even after we pointed it out, the dessert section was never refilled. To make it worse, the original desserts were replaced with “chef’s choice” because they were out of stock, and they tasted really bad. Even after telling the person at the live counter multiple times, I never got the bhel puri I had asked for. The entire buffet experience felt like a waste of money. The only time the service was good was when it was time to pay the bill.
