Nice board games , even a person without experience in games is well taught our group had a jolly good time forgetting the outer world too yummy food happy tummy

good food and a lot of games to play but the charge is 100 rs per person per hour + 18% Gst which is 118 rs per hour only for games. I think games were costly, everything else was nice

Everything was going well until I talked to the owner. So, I paid my bill through Zomato and later they told me that gaming cannot be paid through Zomato. Then why would you combine the gaming and food bills and give that to the customer ? Then they forced me to pay extra taxes for the gaming bill, which I already paid through Zomato. So, essentially I paid more than the total bill. When I talked to the owner regarding this, she told me no you have to pay this, it's written here and there bla bla. And she asked to raise a zomato ticket for this, but you have to pay this to us, these are the rules. So, eventually she forced me to pay the extra taxes. And that amount was just 51/-. So, she was fighting with me for 51 rupees!! So, around 900/- bill and she ruined my mood and experience for 51 rupees. They could have easily let go of this so the customer could have gone home happy with the experience, but no..freaking rules are rules. And now I am raising tickets on zomato to get my refund.

We went here for lunch on 3rd November. Did not play games so no review for that. Ordered lime soda, coke, crispy babycorn & cheese balls. Babycorn was ok, the drinks had no fizz in them and they did not agree that it didn't, but took back the lime soda. The cheese balls had 0% cheese in it. Infact, it had carrot beans & potato. I told him it doesn't have cheese, but the server said that's how it's made. Then it cut open the 'cheese' ball and asked him to show me the cheese, he then canceled that. Bad experience and bad service. Adding the Pic of cheese balls for reference

Very bad management in handling an issue. Very irresponsible behaviour towards a female customer who happens to be a friend of mine. Very unprofessional language used by the owner which is concerning. Needs to change the attitude.
