The food was very good but the ambience sucked n service was bad. U are a balinese themed restaurant....why would u want the overpowering Halloween theme ?? The serving staff informed that the menu can b available on scanning the QR code n disappeared. Nobody suggested any dishes, nobody came to ask if we placed the order. I asked the starter to b served first but the pasta n starter came first...by the time my wife n son's maincourse came my Pasta was already cold. No one came to check how our meal tasted n if we required anything else.....basics of service

Quite disappointing experience. A very average place with horrible mocktails n cocktails and not so great ambience as shown in photos. Smaller than other breweries around Service was not sharp. Food was ok 3.5/5 Washrooms not clean and broken

worst service ever. None of the waiters come to assit whenever called. Ambience is very nice but service, food taste, and serving time is very bad. Staff is rude as well.
