I wish I had a NEGATIVE review option here. I have found this restaurant to extremely unprofessional and not worthy to do business in this cut-throat market of restaurant chain. Today i had placed the order at 7pm and got a call at 8pm from Zomato stating that the restaurant didn't have half of my items. This would have been fine if I would have got the info after 10-15 min of order placing. After 1 hr. when customer is actually expecting the delivery to happen, they are told that the food items are unavailable! Seriously, Do you even think about the customer, who now have to check out totally from the beginning for his food from other restaurants!!! Absolutely pathetic! I sincerely hope Zomato takes out this restaurant from its chain as indirectly it's Zomato who is getting blamed for such irresponsible restaurant owners.

I ordered chicken biriyani, egg biriyani and basanti pulao with chicken. both the biriyani weren't delivered and for the basanti pulao combo I was given plain rice. what a significant level or cheaters. Worst experience till date in Bangalore and you people should be fined significantly for fooling us like this.

Worst Bengali Food Centre as they deliver stale and bitter fishes which are not sold since days. They will simply cook a new meal with the stale fishes and deliver items. Fraud restaurant will loot your money as you won’t receive refund for the amount wasted.

ordered Fish masala, they have taken 280 and provided 1 very very small fish which is cold and worst in taste. I would recommend not to choose this.

Worthless people and their pathetic service never ever order from this restaurant 2hrs waiting still handover the Mutton biryani to the agent.
