I went to this nice very popular restaurant with my friends, and believe me it was worth it, we tried their new food menu and cocktails, food was very delicious and cocktails were just wow, dessert mysure pak cheese was just extraordinary.

Too expensive. The good taste and portions were okay, not bad not great but nothing special. But wayyy too overpriced.

Food is average looks like the restaurant has lost its sheen, Service is slow, walls have seepage, plaster works are crumbling and there is a valet that charges

6 Dec 2025 we visited this resturant by,8 pm, though there were many tables available inside the Resturant,we were asked to sit in outside place ,which didn't look like resturant at all.Only people who were young were made made to sit inside the restaurant.We were a family 4- of parents and 2 young kids .though they knew there there were kids , they said inside it was reserved.We were frozen by the cold winter,all the expensive food got too cold to eat.No one came to take our order ,for almost 15 mins, I had to literally go to the reception to get somebody.the food was served very late.I hate to say that I visited this resturant.They made people who were dressed in full party attire in the main hall,but we were dressed decent too , to be inside the Resturant,and mind you,they did this to us for the second time .Never visit this resturant.the waiter kept our byrani next to the floor managers laptop,we kept on gazing for when it will be served that too without any lid on it in open air for again ten minute,only when the lady floor managers entered something in laptop after looking at the biryani bowl ,it was served to us .What kind of foolishness is this? We pay you a bill of 4000 + ,and we are treated like prisoners? Mind you ,the kids whom you let inside putting all the family out side in freezing cold,the kids were having drinks in the bar which was below your resturant to save their money,and then came to attend your party,and you think you can make more money from them?we love Virat.but hate to even remember that we wasted our time and money and the way we were treated like in the resturant.

Food was horrible and service was even worst. Thai chilli garlic noodles tasted like roadside Indian Chinese noodles and looks like the chief had forgotten to add salt to Vietnam veg curry. On top of that service was very sloppy. The waiter just kept the food and ran away. One has to call them 2-3 times to get cutlery and ask them to serve food. The place was not at all crowded yet service was so poor. But the price is sky rocketing. I chose this place because One8Commune of Delhi-NCR was very good. But sorry to say I was so disappointed. Wish I could get a refund of my money.

The management and the staff are extremely rude to you. No communication skills are there. Despite requesting them to push the reservation, the did not do it and said we will be incorporated when we walk-in. Still, there was no courtesy. Extremely bad staff and management.

Took forever to serve water, take order, even do bare minimum serving , nothing was good on top of it they charge 10 Service charge.

Very average service , they just don’t care! Food and Cocktails are subpar
