The place is definitely worth the money and my favorite was the plain dosa and pao bhaji! idli was also very soft, they just need to make their vadas a little less oily!

Visited this joint late afternoon on a Saturday. Running at almost 90% capacity, service went down the drain. North Indian food is available only till 4 PM. Ordered Dosas and Dahi Vadas. Food was average. I would rate the waiters a solid 5/5, despite the shortfall in head count, they were trying their best. The owner must increase staff.

Disastrous North Indian Meal at Pakashala – Not wWorth ₹221! I made a huge mistake choosing Pakashala for a North Indian meal today. For ₹221, I expected something decent, but what I got was nothing short of a disaster. • Tomato soup? More like tamarind water! And to make it worse, no bread slices were served with it. • The rotis? They weren’t rotis; they were weapons! Hard enough to hurt someone and half-burnt like they were plated straight from coal. • Veg gravy without veggies? I searched for them, but all I found was one giant red chili staring back at me. • Dal and green peas sabji? If there were any green peas in it, only God knows. I suggest the owner eat here without revealing their identity. That’s the only way they’ll understand why the MG Road outlet has such poor footfall. This was by far the worst North Indian meal I’ve ever had. Completely overpriced and disappointing. If Pakashala wants to keep its customers, they seriously need to fix their food quality. Not recommended at all!

This place is horrible, taste is awful. The person who took our order was behaving as if he has indigestion and frustration. The location and business established already is the only plus for them. Will never visit again.

Placed an order through Zomato recently. They supplied spoilt sambar which was unpalatable. No chutney was supplied. Very poor and pathetic service. No response from their mgmt even after reporting.

They’re extremely slow .. we ordered after one hour he’s like dosa is not available anymore. Horrible staff. Waste of time and waste of money.

Be careful, they have a hygiene issue. I ordered coffee from them and found a dead cockroach floating in it.
